Step Two:

Selling Your Home

Once we decide we’re a match for each other, we move on to selling your home with the Mills Sales System. This next meeting will be in person at your home. I will have all the listing paperwork filled out for e-signatures or hard copies. We need all the owners of the property to be there in person for signatures. If they can’t be there in person, they need to be able to sign via Dotloop (electronic signature).


Once we have all the forms filled out with signatures, we move onto the Mills Sales System. We begin with staging your home. You will want to make sure to clean and organize your home as best as you can before I come. We want your home to look like it’s very best for photos. I will take professional photos of your home and property the same day that we sign the paperwork. I will edit the photos for marketing. Once the photos are complete, next comes listing the property on the MLS. Once the property hits the MLS, it will also be advertised on my website. It will also be live on Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, and more.


Most people can’t afford to buy a home and keep their current home at the same time. If you can, I recommend you buy your next home first. It will allow you to find your dream home on your timeline. It will also allow you ample time to move all your belongings into your new home. This will give you the chance to touch up your old home as well. If that’s not something you can swing, we will need to sell your home first before buying another home.
