Step One:

Initial Consultation

Our initial consultation sets up the entire process. First, we set up a phone or video consultation. This can be on the phone, but it’s better if we can set up a video call through Facetime or Google Meet. The initial consultation will cover a market analysis of your home. It will also cover the Mills Sales System. We will be covering items such as pricing, marketing, lead time, and much more. I will create a custom-tailored plan for your home based on your needs and desires.


Once we cover how we will sell your home, we also need to know what kind of home you want to buy. What location would you like your next home? What kind of amenities do you need? Make sure to ask me all your questions during our consultation. I want to make sure that we address all your concerns. It’s best if you write down all your questions. Bring that list to our consultation and we can tackle each one.
