Step Four:

Purchasing A Home

If you are selling your current home, you are going to need to buy another home to live in. Purchasing a home is tough in this market. During our initial consultation, we laid out your plan for buying your next home. We have honed in on all your home buying criteria and location. We will email you homes that fit your home buying criteria. Out of these homes that we send you, we want you to pick your top three homes. Once you have your top three homes picked out, we set up a phone call, Facetime, or Google Meet to discuss. We will go over all your questions in this meeting, so be sure to write them all down. If everything looks good during our discussion, we set up showings.


We will want to see all three properties on the same day in a row if possible. This showing method gives you the best comparison to find the home you like best. Once we know which home that is, we customize an offer that works best for you and your family to buy the home.


An accepted offer in this market is tough. This is why negotiation is so important. It is important to know what items to include or omit from an offer so the offer is competitive. Some of the negotiations will be with the listing agent. Some might be with the seller, some with the buyer. Some negotiations may be needed from both parties. It is important to know what each side values when making an offer. When both sides accept the offer, we can move on to the closing.
